Truly a reliable contractor
Very professional about their works.
Their team lead comes reviews & assess the problem and finds the root cause. He than explains the scenario & make recommendations and an estimated cost also time frame. The workers are also well trained. Punctual and takes care of surrounding area by good protection to not related items such air con compressor & water tank. They also provided progress photos during and after works.
I will not hesitate to recommend Pan Asiatic for water proofing solutions.
